Mark Soudah

Mark Soudah

As a trained chef and hotel operator, Mark has always been passionate about wine. Having worked for blue chip wine and champagne companies for many years, Mark decided to create Grape Passions in 2005. His ethos has always been that the world of wine is fun and exciting, and he is keen to share that with as many people as possible! Not one for flowery descriptions and fancy tasting sessions, Mark thinks wine should be enjoyable and approachable, and thrives on helping customers select the perfect wines for their business. Mark loves to spend time in his vegetable garden and still enjoys cooking when he has the chance, though now for his family rather than a restaurant full of customers!

Kay Soudah

Kay manages the office and accounts at Grape Passions with natural efficiency, but like Mark, shares a passion for the wine world. Before setting up the business with Mark, Kay worked as a Sales Manager in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry. Although the world of wine is very different, her professional experience has led to a great understanding of the importance of personal service, exceptional products and reliable logistics. When Kay isn’t in the office or taxiing the children around, she is likely to be walking the family dogs, Jasper & Amber – also regular visitors at the Grape Passions office!

John Linton
Sales Director

John joined Grape Passions in 2014 and has been forging strong relationships with our customers ever since.  His hospitality sector background provides an understanding of the importance of the right products and service, which, alongside his extensive wine knowledge, means customers rely on him to always deliver great advice and helpful support.

 

Elliott Vale
Account Manager

Following a long career in the hospitality sector, Elliott is now utilising his knowledge and experience to assist customers in Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Hertfordshire. When not working, Elliott can be found DJing at various events.

Martin Cranfield
Account Manager

Martin joined Grape Passions following a career in hospitality and wine retail sales, and is now enjoying putting his wealth of knowledge to good use helping customers select the best wines for their establishments. When not working Martin will usually be found walking his dog somewhere along the coast!

Jane Dearman
Logistics/Admin

Jane has been in charge of shipping and logistics at Grape Passions since joining the team in 2017, whilst also handling customer enquiries and orders. Her unflappable nature and helpful attitude were invaluable whilst trying to navigate the new regulations and implications of both Brexit and Covid!

A cheerful addition to the Grape Passions team, Carolyn came in to the office to help out during a busy period and hasn’t been allowed to leave! If you have queries regarding orders or are in need of any marketing material, Carolyn will find a way to help you out.

Beth Streetley
Office Administrator

Our newest team member Beth has joined us as an office administrator. With her enthusiasm for organisation and creativity, she is dedicated to helping our operations run smoothly. We are delighted to have Beth on board and look forward to her future contributions to the team.

Simon Mosedale
Driver & Warehouse Operative

Simon joined Grape Passions from a similar driving role and has quickly shown he can turn his hand to anything. Ensuring everything with the delivery and picking process runs as smoothly as possible, Simon is a great asset to the Grape Passions team.

Aaron Whitaker
Driver & Warehouse Operative

Aaron brings a perfect blend of hard work and light-heartedness to the warehouse. Known for his dedication, he balances his responsibilities with a playful spirit – often sharing jokes that brighten the workday. When he’s not ensuring operations run smoothly, you can find him walking his beloved dog or hitting the go-kart track;  where he embraces his competitive spirit. Aaron’s commitment to excellence makes him a valued member of our team.

Matt Welsh
Driver & Warehouse Operative

As the newest member of our team, Matt brings a fresh perspective and a positive attitude to the workplace. An avid runner and fitness enthusiast, he is dedicated to maintaining an active lifestyle, which is reflected in his work ethic. Matt is also a talented painter with his own studio, showcasing his creativity outside of work. His calm demeanor is complemented by a strong commitment to teamwork, making him a welcome addition to our crew.

Office Dog

Amber has been visiting the Grape Passions office since puppyhood, and can usually be found sleeping under a desk, hoping for some treats to come her way!

Like Amber, Jasper has been brought up in the Grape Passions office and likes to enthusiastically greet any visitors.He also likes to demonstrate his skill in emptying the bins!
