Tasting Notes

Made from grapes grown on a family owned vineyard in the Central Valley Delta in California. The unique micro climate of this region produces ripe grapes which have benefitted from the cool ocean breezes that help retain fresh fruit aromas and structure of the Zinfandel grape, California`s flagship black grape variety.

Wine Making Notes

The grapes are grown in Lodi, the self-proclaimed Zinfandel Capital of the world This rosé was made by cool maceration of the Zinfandel grapes over several hours to aid extraction of colour and flavour, followed by a cool fermentation, and leaving some of the grapes natural sugars unfermented resulting in a fruity rosé with a degree of sweetness.
