Casa Vinicola Botter began in 1928, founded by Carlo Botter in Veneto, north east Italy. Now in the third generation of the family, Botter have vineyard holdings in strategic parts of Italy and state of the art ageing and bottling facilities. An attractive, well rounded Pinot Grigio from select vineyards in the Veneto regionin the north east of Italy. Easy drinking, dry, crisp and well balanced, with strong, appley characteristics.
.The grapes are soft-pressed and the must obtained ferments for 15/20 days at a controlled temperature, 15/17 °C, in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then stored at 18/20 °C in stainless steel tanks until the bottling time.
This is a family run winery in its third generation, still producing their own estate wines in the Veneto area.
