Tasting Notes

Colo Colo is named after a rare and elusive wild cat native to Chile. Its unusual markings lend itself beautifully to being the mascot for our wines. Made from grapes grown in Chile’s heartland - Valle Central - where the perfect conditions create well-balanced wines with plenty of fruit character.

Wine Making Notes

Brief fermentation on skins and a small amount of oak ageing. Producing a soft, fruit driven style of Merlot.

About the Producer

Due to its position between the Andes and the Pacific Ocean, Chile enjoys a clean environment where vines are largely untroubled by many of the pests and diseases of its European counterparts. Situated in the Central Valley this estate produces consistent good quality wines.
