Tasting Notes

Altana di Vico Salento Rosato is made from Zinfandel and Negroamaro grapes. The rosé is blush in colour, just off dry with aromas and flavours of red summer berries.

Wine Making Notes

Brief maceration on skins helps extract the pale blush colour, which is followed by cool fermentation and then early bottling, to conserve the fresh characteristics of this rosé.
