Casa Vinicola Botter began in 1928, founded by Carlo Botter in Veneto, north east Italy. Now in the third generation of the family Botter have vineyard holdings in strategic parts of Italy and state of the art ageing and bottling facilities. Altana di Vico Salento Rosato is made from Zinfandel and Negroamaro grapes. The rosé is blush in colour and very easy drinking in style.
Brief maceration on skins to extract the pale blush colour followed by cool fermentation and early bottling to conserve the fresh characteristics of this rosé.
