Altana di Vico Salento Bianco is made from Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes. A delightfully crisp, fresh and aromatic wine with flavours and aromas of green apple, pear, lime and ripe stone fruits. Light in body, it leaves refreshing citrus flavours in the finish.
Cool temperature controlled fermentation is followed by ageing in stainless steel tank and early bottling to conserve the freshness of this wine.
Our Altana di Vico wines are produced by Carlo Botter a family owned wine operation which is now in its third generation. The grapes are sourced from the region of Salento which is located in Puglia on Italy`s heel. Made from indigenous grape varieties the wines offer easy drinking styles that have a wide appeal.
